That is the whole job. A home is usually the biggest thing a family owns, and the moments it changes hands are the moments it is most exposed: to a wrong price, a careless tenant, a missing document or a fraudster's bank account. Our work is to stand at that door. Nothing passes through carelessly, and nothing is handed over until it is ready.

Every mandate is handled by the registered principal personally. No hand-off to a junior agent and no call centre.
Values in writing
We price from what homes nearby actually sold for and the municipal roll, and we put the reasoning on paper, not just a number.
We never hold your money
McBeth Kings has no trust account and never takes deposits, rent or purchase money. It goes straight to the landlord, the conveyancer or a registered payment processor.
Screened and signed
Every tenant is screened the same way, and every move-in is inspected with the tenant and signed, so the deposit is fair to both sides at the end.

Before you sign anything, we explain what each document does, what the regulator requires, and what you can say no to.
